Exceptional
Comfortable old villa hotel
Liked: Old large villa hotel with nice grounds and pool set back from the busy road. Plenty of parking. Breakfast lots of choice, and able to have breakfast outside in garden. Staff friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Chose this hotel as had a restaurant and we were arriving mid evening and needed easy parking. Restaurant very basic and brightly lit with continuous whirring noice from 2 granita machines churnning away on the side table. The room ispermanently set up for breakfast, hence you feel like your sitting in a make shift room. Food adequate. No options to eat nearby. Hotel large so a separate dinning room area possible. Also appeared no staff available to serve daytime drinks or snacks when using the pool garden area. Found a lady on reception and she made us a cheese and ham sandwich and 2 bottles of beer.

Liked: Upon arrival Simone at the front desk was welcoming and informative. He made sure we understood all of the amenities at the hotel. The rooms were very clean and larger than I expected. Breakfast had an immense selection of foods. You would be hard pressed to find someone who wouldn't leave feeling fully satisfied. The pool was lovely as well as the grounds. We would have been glad to have spe t many nights there jad we not been just passing through. Simone was helpful and cheerful with our many inquiries.

Liked: Staff very friendly and accommodating. We arrived earlier then the check in. And room wasn't ready yet so they let us use and lounge by the pool until it was finished.
Disliked: Everything was good no complaints
Great pool & room away from the hustle & bustle
Liked: This was a little haven away from the busy city, pool was amazing and it was not busy. Lovely room & facilities were very good
Disliked: The food in the restaurant could have been better, meals were poor. Service wars also not good which is a shame as the setting is so lovely.
