Liked: The place tge room everything was over my estimation. The staff was nicem gladly again.
Noisy location and lack of privacy"
Liked: This apartment is in a great location in the Old Town, modern and clean.
Disliked: Although check-in had been agreed with the host for 3 PM, by that time we had not received any instructions on how to access the apartment, and we were unable to reach the host until half an hour later. Normally this might not have been a big issue, but it was 37 degrees outside. The bathroom used to have a sliding door, but it had been removed, meaning there was no privacy at all for anyone using it. This might be somewhat understandable if the apartment was intended only for couples. However, since there are sleeping places for three people, this solution is both puzzling and surprising. As there is a bar operating on the ground floor of the building with an outdoor terrace, at least during the summer it is impossible to expect a quiet night. The front door of the building is left open, and the noise from the bar’s guests carries very loudly from outside and through the corridor into the rooms on the upper floors.
Located over night club No sleep due to loud music
Liked: Good location old town and premises were clean and well furnished, breakfast provided down the road typical Italian breakfast coffee & croissant/ biscuit.
Disliked: The premises description did not state it was above a bar / night club which played loud electronic music from 1900 to 0230am - making the walls shake.Contact is through Whats Ap but don’t expect a prompt answer - booking.com should insist the description states it is located over a night club with loud music😟

Exceptional
Liked: Right in the middle of Bari Vecchia and a lovely little spot. A couple of flights of stairs to navigate but it's all worth it, because it's a great spot.
Pleasant residence, nice emphasis on new art, welcoming staff
Liked: Breakfast provided via arrangement with nearby cafe. Gata has been completed in one of better areas of the old town close to university building, main sights and local bar restaurants.
Disliked: Some coffee making facility in room would be a plus. On night we stayed there was an outside event in bar next to the residence - v loud late into night but then v quiet.
