  A great place to stay visiting Taranto

  Liked: Big apartment, super clean (which doesn’t happen often), and well air-conditioned. Great host — good and fast communication, and excellent problem-solving when needed. Everything needed for a short stay can be found in the apartment. I would return and recommend it to my friends visiting the town:)

  Disliked: We did not like the pillows (too big and hard), but the problem was resolved the same day. Unfortunately, the washing machine was broken and removed during our stay. The host kindly offered to take care of the laundry (much appreciated!), but due to our timing and tight schedule, we had to hand wash daily — all the necessary materials for that were available. That said, I’m sure it was only a temporary issue. 😉 Due to the central position, parking near the apartment is paid, but a free parking zone is just two blocks away (a few minutes’ walk — very doable).

  Liked: The property was lovely very spacious and air conditioned. The kitchen had everything you need for home cooking. The bathroom was very clean and comfortable. The host was lovely, easy to communicate with and provided amazing service. Would highly recommend.

  Liked: Our host Pamela gave perfect instructions for the digital check in,We had a wonderful vacation in this huge apartment so comfortable and clean and fully equipped for home cooking Outside is a charming neighborhood with cafes and the wonderful Taranto city beach is 3 minutes away the city market is a 5 minute walk I was so happy here that I've already booked again

  Disliked: Beware of this!!! It is not reliable, the pictures do not match the apartment. I have reported to booking.com support for a scam and I demand a refund. I paid 252eur for four nights of accommodation, Isola Blu refuses to refund the payment, they explain the complete lie in their response, I have replied to them, but they are no longer responding to me. I have been scammed, I have not received the accommodation promised by Isola Blu in the advertisement or the services promised in the advertisement. There was supposed to be a great restaurant with breakfast and dinner options shown in the pictures, the truth is that there is no restaurant, it has been demolished, there is complete chaos, a mess inside and a sign for sale on the street door. In addition, the apartment smells of mold, I could not breathe there. The terrace was dirty and there were no equipment in the pictures. The common areas were very dirty, bad smell. There was no air conditioning in the bedroom even though the advertisement says that every room has air conditioning and the advertisement also says in the pictures that there was air conditioning, but the room given was not. I didn't stay a single night in the apartment, we handed over the keys and looked for other accommodation. This new host we chose, knew about Isola Blu's operations and knew how to tell that Isola Blu is a big scam, they are not honest.
