Liked: Karina was a lovely person and did all she could to help. The property was very clean and secure.
Disliked: I don't like cities but if you do it's a great location
Distant location, nice/clean room, but who wants to wake up at 9:00 while on holidays?
Liked: The room has everything and it is clean. You can see that they put effort to do something good there. The price was also cheap.
Disliked: First of all the location is a bit away from most interesting things. But in our case the main problem was the checkout time. In general in Puglia they have the policy of early check in/check out compared to most other places we've been (enter at 13:00, leave at 10:00m instead of 15:00-12:00 which is more usual). In these rooms it's 9:00, which was too early for us, especially while on holidays. We made a very late booking (at 21:00) and when the lady informed us about the checkout at 9:00 we wanted to leave, but she didn't accept to cancel. Anyway, nobody would take the room at that time, but she preferred to force us have something we didn't want, than to lose the 50 euros. She was also stiff and not service oriented, while in general all our other hosts were very nice... So she gets the poor review she deserves...
