Liked: We had a wonderful 12-night stay at this property as a family of three. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean on arrival and very well maintained throughout our stay. The accommodation was comfortable, quiet, and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Loads of nice restaurants, coffee shops and a convenient supermarket near by. The location is great for tourists. You can hire an e-bike and explore some beautiful places in Taranto city, and the nearby beach is very clear and lovely. The hosts were welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help with any questions or recommendations. Their hospitality really made us feel at home.
Disliked: The only things we felt could be improved were having access to a washing machine, which would have been very useful for a family staying for almost two weeks. We also noticed that on the days when the venue was hired for parties, there was some noise and loud music. However, we are heavy sleepers, so this did not affect us too much during our stay.
Liked: Comfortable bed and good food options nearby and nice showers.

Soggiorno piacevole
Liked: La camera è grande e pulita, arredata in modo piacevole. Nella zona c'è ampio parcheggio sebbene in periodi di vacanza può essere difficile trovare un posto nelle vicinanze.
Disliked: Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte e di sabato (in alta stagione), in lontananza sentivamo della musica, probabilmente da un locale vicino. A noi è andata relativamente bene che siamo rientrati in camera alle 4 di notte e la musica è terminata alle 4.30, ma se fossimo rientrati prima credo ci avrebbe dato fastidio. Forse è stato un caso (abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte) o forse è dovuto al periodo, ovviamente non dipende dalla struttura, ma è una cosa di cui tener conto.

Liked: I am reporting what I wrote to the hotel, never answered by them: Dear Sirs, now that our stay at your facility has come to an end, we would like to share a few things with you. Unfortunately, the review we would write is not a good one, so we prefer to write a message first. Let's start with the front door: it is not easy to open, and you have to turn the key several times before realizing that you also have to turn the handle. When we entered, on our first attempt to move the curtain, the rod almost fell on us, revealing a poorly installed pressure nail: do you realize how dangerous this is? We found the same carelessness in the sockets: they are unstable and risk coming off in the hand of anyone who plugs something in, as they move very easily from their housing. We understand the need to save money, but this should not compromise the safety of your guests and risk a complaint against the facility. Finally, as soon as we tried to lift the sink plug, it got stuck and would not move. Not to mention the very poor quality of the soap. Your establishment is not exactly cheap: why are you making fun of your customers? We await a concrete response. Thank you for your attention. Anna and Maria Albano
