Exceptional
Great place, would stay again
Liked: Check-in, Check-out went well. Lady was very nice and very helpful. No issues at all. Great location, right on the Grand Canal. The breakfast smelled wonderful, but didn't have time for it. Was only a (too short) stay! Would definitely stay here again at the Ai Due Fanali, or at the place of check-in, the Hotel Ca Nigra.

Overall a wonderful stay! Beautiful building, great location, and super friendly staff
Liked: Truly loved this place! Great location! Carried our luggage from train station and didn’t take long(approx. 5 minutes). Room was updated and nice. Windows actually open and staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: A little confusing trying to get into the property as you have to tap your key card on what looks to be an outdated box to the left of the door. There were 2 other boxes and no signs posted. Need more detailed instruction on how to unlock the doors.
Highly recommend, great location, and we will be back
Liked: It was and bed was very comfortable. Smaller than we expected. However we find that often traveling in Europe. Room was very modern. The security of the building was exceptional. The front desk were all very pleasant and helpful. The buffet breakfast was delicious. Plenty of options, food was hot, and the server was great.
Disliked: We liked everything.
Liked: Location: quiet. Bed: comfortable.
Disliked: Shower box was tiny and the room was small too.
Nice Hotel Conveniently Located Near the Train Station
Liked: We only stayed one night. We were a group of three couples. All of our rooms looked recently renovated and offered a good amount of space and nice bathrooms. We only stayed one night and primarily chose this hotel because of it being only a short walk to the train station. The hotel representative who checked us into the hotel was extremely friendly and pleasant. We appreciated that.
Disliked: There wasnt really anyting we didn't like; the buildings are old and the floors may be a bit unlevel, but considering the age of these buildings the rooms were very satisfactory. And like a lot of old European buildings, the elevator was tiny and slow. The stairs were a better option in my opinion.
