  Perfect location, really helpful host

  Liked: Location was perfect very closed to the boat from the airport and very easy to navigate Venice on foot and by boat. Very quiet neighbourhood. Bed was huge and comfy. Good hairdryer, good supply of snacks and coffee pods. Shower was good. Host was very helpful before and during my trip with tips and information. Ability to leave luggage on last day of exploring was super helpful and safe. Blackout blinds are good if you like them. My room was Gondola. I had a sneaky peak at the other room whilst the housekeeper was there on my last day and would have chosen that one out of the two!

  Disliked: Was not aware at booking that daily housekeeping was NOT included. Bathroom was a little small, getting in and out was a challenge with a big door opening in; felt blocked in. Amenities were limited. Unable to use safe as difficult to get to.

  Liked: The room was newly renovated and had a nice bathroom. Francesca was easy to communicate with and check in and out were very simple. The location was very close to the Fte Nove boat station so it was easy to get to the airport, train station, and Murano/Burano

  Great location, lovely room and great communication

  Liked: Great location - really convenient travelling from marco polo airport, but in a quieter area of venice away from the main tourist spots (these are still walkable within 10-15 minutes). Communication was great with the accommodation.
