Fabulous
A very pleasant staff and great location
Liked: It is very close to the train station and the main canal taxis.
Disliked: We did not see an elevator to cary the luggage upstairs.
Liked: The room was a little small for three adults, but the hotel made up for it with its excellent location. It is very close to the main train station and plenty of restaurants, making it convenient for exploring the city. The staff were really helpful, especially one staff member who was Venetian and kindly recommended many places to visit and things to do. His suggestions made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was also very good. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and the friendly, helpful staff and convenient location were the highlights!
