Great spot just off SM square
Liked: Great beds and location. Friendly staff and good variety at breakfast.

Liked: Great location. Room, Staff and breakfast were wonderful.
Disliked: Knowing how to work the air conditioner system and that not putting the key in the holder would turn off the lights. But, we figured this out fast.
Fab hotel, fantastic staff
Liked: Excellent location, a stones throw from St Marks square. Staff were friendly and helpful which made the stay memorable.

Excellent location
Liked: Excellent location. Just on the square. Bathroom was very clean. Room was good size. Coffee making facility. Water replenised everyday. Small fridge. Requested a canal view room before arraival & we got a canal view room. Would definately stay here again. 6/7 mins to vaparetto for airport. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice small selection to start the day.
Liked: I selected the room based on the bed size. To my surprise, this room had our own private rooftop sitting area with a view of San Marco Square tower. It was wonderful!
Disliked: While it was nice for the front desk to set up our water taxi to the airport, I believe I could have arranged for myself and spent half as much money.
Clean, comfortable and good location
Liked: Clean and modernized well. Had everything we needed. Pretty close to the tourist sites we were visiting.
Disliked: Was expensive and room was very small.
