Exceptional
Good Value for Money
Liked: very good location, close to bus terminal, slightly further to train station Easy to find. very nice breakfast, delivered to room. Glad they have air condition in the room. Very spacious room
Disliked: Will be slight noisy in the morning due to close to river and close to convenient store, you can hear them offload goods in the morning. Personally, mattress not the most comfortable but still able to sleep through the night. Not sure is it because close to river, quite a lot mosquitoes around so better close window at all times.
Great host and hotel
Liked: Breakfast was delivered to our room at 8.30am daily by the manager. Good location for the water buses.
Disliked: Everything was fine
Liked: The location was great and central for us, Matteo was absolutely fantastic at accomodating our breakfast request. Also the property was exceptionally clean which is always fantastic.
Perfect and quite location away from crowds
Liked: Very comfortable bed and pillow (that is extremely important), spacious room. Dark curtains so you can can sleep easily in the morning
Great location in venice, away from the crowds
Liked: Staff were fantastic and went out of there way to assist wherever they could. Breakfast was supplied to the room daily. Location was excellent as it was away for the crowds and still easy walk to the water bus and main tourist areas
Disliked: summer 2026 was hot. Unfortunately the air condition, although running constantly, did nothing. We did ask the hosts but they were unable to get anyone out to have a look at the problem. They did have a fan in the room, which helped, so I can only assume that the air condition issue was not a new issue. The room we are in have basically no view ( i think the term was "city view" ). If you are looking to stay here- request a room with a view of the canal.
