Disliked: 70 stairs up to lobby. No elevator. I knew there was no elevator, I didn't know it was 70 stairs

Liked: I had the best sleep! The room was quiet and dark, and the bed and pillows were amazing. The food was great also.
Disliked: Obviously, a lot of stairs but the room made up for it.
Liked: It is the perfect location, the staff was very helpful, and everything was clean and cozy. The breakfast with a view was perfect!

Liked: Great location close to both the grand canal water stop as well as the station.
Disliked: The stairs!! But ask for room 11 if you can as you avoid the stairs
