Exceptional
We had a very comfortable stay in the B & B and thoroughly enjoyed it too!
Liked: Great location with a vaporetto stop nearby and a short walk to St Mark's square. Excellent breakfast with Samuel preparing yummy scrambled eggs and cappuccino. Host Samuel is very friendly and helpful; both he and Elena were very prompt in their responses to messages, even to those we sent before our arrival. Where possible they really helped to meet special requests. Towels, sheets etc. were very clean and the bed and pillows were super comfy. The room is of sufficient space for 2 people. Would strongly recommend this B&B!
Disliked: Nothing at all
All round perfect. Highly recommend
Liked: Samuel the host was very helpful during the entire stay from beginning to end. The area was very central 15 min walk to the main square. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely.
4 Star resort at a B&B
Liked: Excellent location, and the room was clean with modern updates in the bathroom. What made the entire experience amazing, however, was the spectacular host, Elena. I've never stayed at a B&B where the host comes in to make the bed each morning, makes custom eggs and cappuccinos to order, and offers great local recommendations and guidance. She made the entire stay warm and welcoming.
Disliked: Not much at all! The only minor item to mention is that the bed is a double made by pushing two single mattresses together, which is fine. However, one side has worn slightly over time, causing a slight slope that tends to nudge you toward the center. However, sleeping on the other side worked much better—rotating that particular mattress would completely solve it. Other than that, everything was perfect.
Spacious rooms, host was friendly and he prepares amazing breakfast, 10/10 experience overall
Liked: Host was warm and welcoming

Cute hotel for a few days visit of Venice
Liked: Extremely friendly host. Not a large but very tasty buffet breakfast with excellent croissants in a nice atrium. We could not operate the central air conditioning ourselves but it was appropriately regulated according to the outside temperature, so the room was pleasantly cool.

Place to rest
Liked: It is very quiet and tucked in but near the center in minutes. Very friendly and happy host. Loved the stay very much and enjoyed it very much. We loved the little breakfast area, just good vibes.
Disliked: Nothing.
