Good
Comfortable stay near the airport
Liked: We needed a hotel close to the airport for our early flight. This hotel was perfect. The staff was helpful and very responsive to my questions prior to check-in.
Disliked: Nil
Good experience at the Titian Inn
Liked: Close to airport. We got a free room upgrade
Disliked: No restaurant
Lousy hotel. There is a Marriott Courtyard next door, though I don’t know their price
Liked: Location near airport
Disliked: The reservation was supposed to include breakfast, but the confirmation said it was not included. That is dishonest. Carpet was stained, dirty, and old. Bed was hard, pillows very stiff. AC was non functional, though there was a balcony door, with no actual balcony.
Liked: Proximity to airport
Disliked: room was cold and could not adjust heat
Best thing about it was close to bus stop and airport. Service was good
Liked: Location, bathroom was large. Breakfast was very good, excellent service
Disliked: Room was cold and no way to control temperature. No blanket in room, ants in the room, walls bare. TV only had two English channels. Could not get into room until 3:00. Only machines to get food after 10:00 am. No free shuttle service. Minimal Ambience.
Average
Liked: Bed was good, shower was good
