Overall the stay was fine
Liked: The people were excellent. Very helpful and informative. The location was great.
Disliked: Not much space in the room. Bathroom toilet was up against the shower so there was no place for your knees.

Great location right on the grand canal… hotel 3 star at best
Liked: The location was fantastic and the fact that you can eat your breakfast out on the canal was what made this hotel! Staff were fantastic…
Disliked: Our room was small and the bathroom tiny. It was also located directly above the reception entrance and side street on the first floor, also next to the lift so room was very noisy too. The breakfast was mediocre and the hot food selection wasn’t very appetising. Hotel definitely needs a lick of paint but it served its purpose.
DO NOT STAY HERE, IT IS NOT SAFE! We were robbed during our stay at this hotel. On our last morning, we went downstair

Disliked: We had serious maintenance problem in the first room. The hotel did what they can to solve it and took full responsibility. We appreciate it.
