  Comfortable apartment in superb location in Castello. Good value

  Liked: Location was perfect for attending the Biennale. It was close to food and water taxis. Great neighborhood. Once you figure o it where it is you realize how central it is located. Very quiet little alley off the main street. Love the staff. The staff/owner went way beyond the call of duty to help us get a water taxi when we needed an early morning taxi to the airport. Good WiFi too.

  Disliked: Very limited amenities - kitchen not set up very well and there was not even a tea bag to have tea. Despite this the staff made up for this limitation.

  I had a wonderful stay in an excellent location with a great host, and thoroughly enjoyed the Bienna

  Liked: I had a truly wonderful stay! The location of the property is excellent, making it incredibly easy to get around and explore. Communication with the host was excellent—they were highly responsive, and welcoming from start to finish. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I thoroughly enjoyed all the Biennale events. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

  super, convenient, easy

  Liked: The location was extremely handy -close to the Biennale und easy to reach the marco place (15 min walk). The venue was a hide away so it was absolutely quiet. A Supermarket was within 50 meter and a take out pizza (one of the best I ever had as well only 50 Meter away. The host was very responsive and provided a couple of tips regarding restaurant etc.

  Disliked: There are only small repairs needed which did not at all limit the joy of staying in an old Venetien house.

  Authentic Venetian apartment with excellent location

  Liked: Excellent location, authentic Venetian vibe, friendly host - everything you need for a short stay in Venice, especially when your main thing is the Biennale.

  A clean and comfortable stay in an excellent location in the heart of Venice

  Liked: This room was in an excellent location in the Castello area of Venice. It is very close to the Arsenale stop for the water taxi, 5 minute walk. There is a grocery store steps away. The best part of this room for us was its distance from the finish line for the Venice Marathon - it is less than a half mile walk, which I was so grateful for when heading back after the race. Fabrizio was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. I would love to return to Venice in the future and would definitely look for this space as my first choice!

  Liked: The location could not be better! Everything was within walking distance, many eating places, bars, grocery shops nearby, yet totally quiet at night.

  Disliked: The place is a tiny bit tired, but overall very ok.
