Exceptional
We had a nice relaxing stay
Liked: Great location. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. Front desk maintained composure when I was becoming a bit grumpy while trying to access the property. I had not received the code earlier, probably due to travel and loss of WiFi. Contacted us about a canal boat ride excursion, which we accepted and were very pleased with. We thought it was a good value/fair price. All were helpful giving info about transportation. Marco gave excellent info on the boat to the airport.
Disliked: Providing a breakfast would be ideal for guests, but understandable that the property probably isn't suited for it.
Good - exactly as described, which doesn't always happen. Friendly staff too
Liked: We arrived in the early hours of the morning and had no trouble accessing entry via key code. And then the desk was good enough to store our luggage (lots -sorry) for the day. Very accommodating
Exceeded all expectations, beautifully decorated
Liked: Amazing room! It was dual level with a loft and gorgeous decor. Overall such an elegant hotel which was beyond our expectations. Highly recommend
Liked: Great location, central but quiet. Nicely decorated and comfortable room. Very friendly and responsive hotel staff. We have enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again when we return to Venice.
Great time, charming helpful staff, beautifully designed Venetian space
Liked: Beautiful, convenient location
Disliked: Had to ask for water
Good location. Beautifully decorated. Staff helpful
Liked: Great location close to a ferry stop and situated at a quiet street. Beautifully decorated. Staff were helpful.
Disliked: Would have been good to receive instructions on how to get to the hotel by ferries as Google map was not offering that as an option.
