  Wonderful stay in Venice, perfect house! I'll Be Back

  Liked: Cosy and comfortable house equipped with all the comforts, far from the chaos but at the same time close to the most interesting points of the city. The kitchen is complete with everything you need. Paola top welcome! He directed me to the typical restaurants that otherwise I would never have known

  Liked: This property is situated in the tranquil Cannaregio neighborhood, offering a peaceful retreat from tourist crowds. All essential amenities are conveniently located within walking distance. Additionally, the vaporettos are easily accessible. The property itself was very well-equipped, and Fabio was exceptionally responsive to all our inquiries. We wholeheartedly recommend this property.

  Overall, we had what we needed, but due to the issues mentioned, we would rate our stay a 6/10

  Liked: Our stay in Venice had some ups and downs. On the positive side, the apartment is in a quiet, well-located area within walking distance of everything, including great bars and just a 17-minute walk to both the Santa Lucia train station and the Fondamente Nove stop for water buses and Alilaguna boats. The host was very nice, communicative, and responsive, and the towels and sheets were clean. There was a dishwasher, a washer, and a clothes drying rack, which made our stay convenient. They were also flexible with check-in and kindly allowed us to drop off our bags a bit earlier, which we really appreciated.

  Disliked: However, a few things made the experience less comfortable. The apartment could have been cleaner—we had to sweep ourselves—and the Wi-Fi was a bit slow. The air conditioning wasn’t working, so we had to rely on a portable unit that required keeping the window open whenever the AC was on to let out the hot air and manually emptying a bucket of water every few hours until the AC unit was fixed on our last day. Unfortunately, we also found a scorpion on our last night, which was unsettling.

  Excellent apartment and perfect location

  Liked: Excellent location, lots of small wine bars, restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Not a touristy location at all which was exactly what we wanted. Great size apartment.

  Disliked: Aircon didn’t work after day 2, but host Fabio was very apologetic
