Good
Excellent location and good size of room
Liked: Location was perfect
Disliked: You can hear a person walking on the floor the room above you which can disturb your sleep at night. Maybe they need some kind of sound proofing.
A Place To Sleep, But Cramped
Liked: The best thing about this place was the location. We literally saw it from the bus as it was parking, then it was a 2 to 3 minute walk. We also liked the large sink in the bathroom.
Disliked: It was very small with nowhere to put things. We had to largely "live out of our suitcases" because of the lack of space. There was also a vent near the ceiling through to the hall. We could hear people talking almost as if they were in the room with us, but that didn't happen much. I should say that this was our first time in Venice. We don't really know how it compares with other places for the price.
Overall would stay again
Liked: Location was so easy being able to park. Room was nice.
Disliked: Be prepared for the stairs! Not much bad to say it’s a great location, good beds, huge rooms.
Nice Staff. Uncomfortable and Way over priced room
Liked: The staff was very kind and accomodating.
Disliked: The bed was very uncomfortable. The refrigerator doesn't work properly to keep items cold. The fixtures in the bathroom are not fully attached. There were mosquitos. It has an odor, like cigarette smoke. Very low water pressure int he shower. Overall, not great and way over priced.
Liked: A nice room with a beautiful bathroom.
Disliked: We bumped into a lot of problems in this hotel. We went to the receptionist to point out that we had cold water while showering and the water wouldn’t warm up. Also the balcony door doesn’t open. The only thing she did was turn on the shower and there was nothing else she could do about it. The next morning we had to shower with cold water again. The balcony door couldn’t open because of ‘security’ she said.
Worst experience I have had in a hotel. Luckily it was only one night
Liked: The location
Disliked: The room was full of mosquitoes and they kept coming from the bathroom, it was impossible to sleep. It was a lot of noise coming from outside also which didn’t help with the sleep neither! The rooms weren’t clean, and the bed wasn’t comfortable. There was no lift and we had to carry our heavy bags two floors up.
