Fabulous
Beautiful views & location. But overpriced given the general condition of the apartment
Liked: The view from this apartment is truly stunning, and it’s brilliantly located for access to vaporetto stops.
Disliked: There was nowhere to put clothes in the twin bedroom as the wardrobe & drawers were full of old clothes. It was impossible to use the sofa as its springs were broken and the upholstery was full of holes. The complimentary slippers were not new and had already been worn. The shower curtain was filthy at the bottom and needs to be replaced. There was cracked and peeling paint everywhere. The apartment desperately needs updating.
Great experience
Liked: Beautiful home away from home with stunning views of the lagune.
Disliked: The coffee cookers did not work.
Beautiful home in Venice
Liked: Beautifully situated next to a little park and a quieter, local street with restaurants and small shops. Spacious living room, its windows facing the water and two bedrooms and bathrooms - ample space for a family of four. This is not a faceless „luxury“ apt, but it has a very artistic flair and feels like a real home. Contact easy and friendly.
It was a dream come true
Liked: Perfect location. Fantastic views. Away from centre of Venice so quiet but easy to get to city from here. Small local shops and cafes nearby.
Disliked: Nothing
Definitely a room with a view
Liked: The views are outstanding! Having visited Venice a few times, cannot recommend this apartment for the location and views enough.
Disliked: Loved the overall property but the bathrooms could use updating. The shower with its plastic bath mat and discounted shower curtain are inviting and we used the hand shower in the bath as alternative. However, the property itself was incredibly clean, bed linen crisp and lovely and very well equipped generally. The location is amazing, views are well worth staying here. Really helpful host and very welcoming
Amazing views
Liked: The view made the trip. I fell in love with sitting at the window, reading, and watching Venice.
Disliked: One fan is losing power and could use replacing.
