The room has a lovely Venetian style, but it needs renovation
Liked: When they found out it was my birthday, they left a lovely note and a drink in our room. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay feel extra special.
Disliked: The central heating wasn’t on, despite the cold weather in Venice. We were cold all night and couldn’t find anyone to report the issue to. The room’s decor has a lovely Venetian character, but it could use some renovation. Given its condition and the lack of heating, the nightly rate felt too high.
