Beautiful and cozy
Liked: Location is amazing, place is cozy and accessible.
Disliked: Only thing I would change is the way bags are stored before check-in or after check-out, it doesn’t feel very safe.
Great location!
Liked: The location is very good and it is good value for money. Having a kitchen was great! The owner provided tea bags upon request and responded quickly to our messages.
Disliked: Unfortunately, this residence has no elevator, so it is difficult to carry heavy bags up the steps. There were some maintenance issues but these were dealt with quickly.
Liked: Wonderful place, great location, very attentive host. Highly recommended.
Liked: Great location, could easily walk to main locations in a short time. Quiet area so no night noise.
Disliked: Bed was a bit uncomfortable. Window needs coverage as light from outside coming in at night.
Better place to stay in Venice
Liked: Very close to Water boat taxi station (less than 5 mins). At walkable distance to all major tourist attractions and landmark. Room has everything and well arranged room. Will rebook this place again if I got chance to revisit Venice again.
Disliked: One of the bath towel provided was torned and looks like was pretty old one. Such towels needs to check before provided to the customer. small thing but needs to take care.
0/10 would not recommend, not worth saving any money over for the price. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

Disliked: Usually I am an easy going traveler as I travel alone and don’t require a lot. The apartment was difficult to get into. I waited for over an hour in the heat without response from them at the time of arrival; when I finally contacted them by phone they were very rude and unhelpful and he actually hung up on me. It was not cleaned well and there was trash left from the previous people. I requested a blanket which they would not provide during the summer months - I slept with only a flat sheet. The shower did not drain and I had to shut off the water multiple times during a shower so it did not overflow. They accused me of having someone else stay with me when a friend came up to use the bathroom. They then harassed me about the $20 city tax with multiple phone calls and text messages - so now they are available for communication?? Would never stay here again.
