Exceptional
Perfect stay. Excellant property
Liked: Good location on the Giudecca. Near enough to the main attractions of Venice but quiet enough to make you feel like a resident. The property is very clean and comunication with the host is excellant. I really liked the balcony.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike. Everything was fine.
Solo in Venice
Liked: Calle san giorgio is a great apartment situated on Guidecca. A home away from home, it provides a perfect base to explore Venice and is a welcome haven to relax in after a busy day. Easy to access with vaporetto and a quick trip over the canal and you're at St Marks! Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby for aperitivo. Owner is welcoming and responsive. Comfortable bed. Great to have washing machine. I felt safe here and really enjoyed my stay.
Disliked: Mosquitos! Though the owner did provide a deterrent device for the bedroom which worked. Otherwise it was great. No lift but what's a few more stairs in Venice! It's definitely worth it
This was the perfect stay for Venice. It has the feel of Venice without the crowds
Liked: Great location close to everything but very peaceful and quiet. I felt very safe there with my daughter. Real Venice-like experience. Owner was very responsive.
