Nice b&b but deceptive description

Disliked: The description of Casa Burchielle is completely misleading. It supposedly has top reviews but I think most of reviews are for Hotel Olympia. Once booking had been made, a message from Casa Burchielle advised that there is no reception at this hotel but check in reception of hotel next door- Hotel Olympia. This is deception pure and simple. Casa Burchielle is actually the poor part of Hotel Olympia. Down steep stairs in a dungeon like rear of main hotel- various dark passageways and a maze of turns down stairs to room. Hotel Olympia staff helped with taking suitcases to room but on departure(6am) we had to manhandle suitcases as a single lift near stairs of Casa Burchielle was out of order. Fortunately I am a very fit person so managed. I would advice the hotel and Booking.com to immediately amend how Casa Burchielle is described. Initially we could even find the place as it does not exist as separate from Hotel Olympia. Actually the room in Casa Burchielle was comfortable and adequate and reception staff of Hotel Olympia were very friendly and helpful.
Excellent, pretty, clean, and comfortable stay
Liked: Absolutely loved how convenient the location was. Straight from train station, and the rest of Venice is boats so you just walk everywhere! The room was gorgeous and very clean.
Disliked: Please have maybe more arrows or direction tu casa bruchielle rooms. Got lost inside the building
Liked: If you come with the auto/taxi/train to Venice is very easy to get to the hotel, like 5 minutes on foot. If you have a lot of baggages I suggest you to stop by this hotel, max 1 bridge to arrive by them.
great location close to transportation
Liked: location was one bridge away from the cruise terminal people mover and two away from the train, Staff was wonderful
