  Liked: The location good and very quiet location.

  If you want to feel local Venetian life stay here

  Liked: Very pleasant apartment with all necessary amenities, clean and spacious, located perfectly minutes away from Arsenale water bus stop. Plenty of restaurants and shops in the close vicinity. There were European breakfast items supplied for the duration of our stay (croissants, toast, butter, jam, nutella, milk, eggs, juices), fresh towels and toiletries. Small balcony over the canal stole our hearts!

  Great stay in beautiful Venice

  Liked: Great quiet location with a balcony overlooking the canal. Elisa was a wonderful host, met us with the keys and provided some breakfast food and coffee for us which was an unexpected surprise

  A true Venezia experience
