Disliked: There wasn’t a TV and that is something that I would have much appreciated in the evening. There was also noise as the bus and a car park were outside our window.

Disliked: The room I was in was a box room, very basic no facilities such as kettle, fridge etc. the walls were so thin I could hear everything in the adjoining rooms. The window was all bored up in the bed room. The breakfast didn’t really have much variety.
Great location
Liked: Excellent location, nice size room and bathroom.
Disliked: Beds were quite hard. The courtyard was closed for the colder season so there was nowhere to sit and relax outside of our room.
Everything was awful except location
Liked: I liked the location very much, it was so close the train station (10 mins walk) and airport (45 mins by bus).
Disliked: The staff was incredibly arrogant and rude. We arrived at the hotel at 1pm and politely requested a check-in which they refused, insisting it was 2pm. I was forced to change my clothes in the toilet. Around 1.30pm another Italian customer arrived and was told their room was ready. The room was filthy, the closets were full of dust and the duvets smelled awful. The air conditioning didn’t work either. Breakfast was even worse than the mid-morning offering. The bread and other bakery items were not fresh at all.
