Guest reviews
Good
Excellent location and connections. Room is relatively small
Liked: The location is great, well connected to the airport and the rest of the city, and right by the bus station. The personnel are friendly and courteous.
Disliked: The room is small, and there is not much space for luggage. Do not compare what you get in Venice for this price with what you could get in other towns; otherwise, you will be disappointed. Venice is small, old, and packed with people, and space comes at a premium.
Liked: location is great, train and bus station less than 5 minutes walk. Few ferry stations around and also have busses to 2 Venus airports. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Room was clean as clean up everyday.
Disliked: Need to use strong force to close the door in order to lock properly
Good place to stay in Venice
Liked: It is located close to Vennizzia Santa Lucia station. Room is spacious, clean and very comfortable. They have around the clock, tea and coffee available in the corridor. They allowed us to check in early and the staff at reception was very helpful.
Disliked: The issues that the Reception works only from 9 AM to 6 PM, so it is possible to store the bags there only between these times
Short and utilitarian stay
Liked: We didn’t stay long, but it was convenient to catch an early morning bus to the airport. Room was large and quiet. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The tall bathtub could be challenging for someone with mobility issues.
Would not recommend this location to anyone
Liked: Very small room. The entry to room was a parking lot for day parking of vehicles. One day we had to climb on the hood of a car in oder to get out of room to visit the city.
Disliked: Entry and exit of our very small room.
Large space - Close to Public transport!
Liked: Large space for both bedroom and toilet, comfortable bed, super close to train and bus station! Staff were wonderful and helpful on arrival. Would stay here again!
Disliked: No issues at all!
