  Fantastic Location and Welcoming Staff

  Liked: Perfect location right near everything important! The room was great and equipped with everything we needed. The staff really made our stay special, especially Alessandro at reception who was so warm and friendly. We also really enjoyed the included breakfast. Just a note that you should be prepared for stairs, but we just saw it as good daily exercise. Would definitely stay here again!

  Disliked: The shower and bathroom space is on the smaller side. However, we knew to expect this in historic Venetian buildings, so it didn’t impact our stay at all.

  Venice is amazing and the hotel is old but charming

  Liked: The location was good and they offered a very good buffet breakfast 😁

  Disliked: If you are on the 2nd or 3rd floor with luggage it’s about difficult

  Loved it! Would certainly stay here again!

  Liked: Excellent location! Breakfast was great. Bed was comfortable. 24hr reception.

  Disliked: There was nothing I disliked at all - as per the age and style of the building & decoration the rooms were a little dark but that was nothing you didn’t get used to.
