Cinqueteste Luxury Home is a beautifully refurbished Venetian home and a very special place
Liked: Location is very convenient to the main square where everyone arrives. If the 5 minute walk not doable, there are porters who can help you get your bags to Cinquesteste. Breakfast was perfect. The grounds surrounding Luana’s home are tranquil and beautiful. Luana is a wonderful host. Compliments also to Grace and her exceptional service.
Disliked: No air conditioning in the bedrooms.

Liked: Beautiful house and yard. The host was very friendly and accommodating. The house is walkable from the train station. The host provided breakfast for us at no cost even though it was not included in our room rate. We enjoyed talking with the host and other guests at breakfast.

Perfect luxury boutique oasis in Venice
Liked: The property is located within walking distance to the train station and all the main tourist attractions and is set within a quiet residential area with a large beautiful landscaped gardens where you can relax on loungers after a long day of exploring. The property itself and our bedroom were beautifully decorated in a true venetiation style and gave a luxury boutique feel. The room was cleaned daily with a fresh bouquet of flowers left in our room with a note wishing us a lovely stay in Venice. Luana was a very welcoming and kind host and even created a personalised itinery for us and recommened the best gondola routes and even provided complimentary breakfast which was all local produce and homemade! Luana also made our stay extra special as she gifted my mum a beautiful handmade necklace for her birthday. I would recommend staying here if you want a luxury 'home away from home' feel - I can't wait to return again!!:)
Liked: Beautiful place, with a lovely garden. The location is perfect, a short walk from the train/bus station yet quiet and secluded. Our host Luanna was amazing.
