  Great location, friendly staff but overly expensive for what you get

  Liked: Good quiet location close to the water taxi. Lovely restaurants nearby.

  Disliked: The bathroom was tired looking with dirty tiles and showerhead not operating well. The water leaked out of the cubicle. I stayed there three nights. On the second night the shower at 5:30am was lukewarm. The bathroom is also on sensor light with the sensor near the sink. This means that if you go to the toilet you have to go via the sink or you won’t have light. The bed lamps weren’t working. The air conditioning wasn’t working either and it was cold on night 2 and 3. For a property charging AUD500 per night I would’ve expected better than this.

  Our stay was between good to very good. The staff are helpful. Location is near to water bus station

  Liked: Gym was OK. Location was very walkable to the water bus station. You can cook and make your own hot drinks in the room, which is very good.

  Disliked: The separate beds and the repetitive breakfast.

  Amazing historic building

  Liked: Amazing historic building, excellent facilities, quiet, good value for venice. Great location for the vaporetto
