Exceptional
The best decision we made in Venice!!
Liked: We had taken the junior suite for the three of us. The location was as superb as the room and the amenities. Although the suites only offer stay and no food, there are a lot of places one can visit close by for excellent meals. Lara stayed in touch with us throughout and we really enjoyed the complimentary murano island visit!!
Disliked: The room had lovely coffee pods and cookies but surprisingly no tea bags.
Close to the main square! Close enough to see the sunrise or sunset and be around while it’s nice and peaceful
Liked: Near the main square but not so close to get all the noise of tourists walking by

Liked: We were greeted by Lara and given a code for our phones to open front door and our room. She was a wealth of information and gave us restaurant suggestions and ordered our water taxi to pick us up at 8 am on our departure. She even walked over to the dock to say goodby. Very sweet.

Liked: Very clean, wonderful central location, amazing hotel staff to assist.
Disliked: There is no lounge or service at all, which isn’t a problem, I just didn’t realize.
A charming stay in the heart of Venice!
Disliked: I received a lovely upgrade to a spacious, romantic and spotlessly clean room overlooking a charming little canal. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the location is simply perfect. A wonderful place to stay in Venice!
