  2 nights, triple room. Quiet and not far from the station. No frills place

  Liked: Great location, short walk from the station to get to the property. Staffs were nice. Bigger rooms are on higher floors so be ready for stairs but the staff can help bring your luggage up. Great place for the price if you don't need fancy hotel. The area does have good restaurants that local frequent.

  Would happily come back here clean, comfortable and very convenient

  Liked: Large, comfortable room, very clean, hot and cold drinking water available. Excellent quiet location short distance from Grand Canal vaporetto stop & a few minutes walk from Piazzale Roma & train station with clear directions to find it. I'd happily recommend this hotel.

  Disliked: The bathroom was private to us, but located a short way down the corridor, so a bit inconvenient. Our flight was delayed, so we arrived after midnight and had to pay a €20 supplement, which was advertised, but still annoying, and to bear in mind if you might arrive late.

  Liked: The only positive aspects are the convenient location and the fact that the building is warm.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, my overall experience was negative. There is only one toilet and one bathroom shared between four rooms, which leads to extremely long queues in the evenings and in the mornings. On top of that, the bathroom is very dirty and clearly needs more thorough cleaning. The property also gives the impression that the owners are trying to cut corners as much as possible, with very little investment in maintenance or improvements. The furniture, facilities, and overall furnishings are old and of poor quality. It feels like every possible expense is being avoided at the expense of guests’ comfort.

  Liked: The staff were absolutely amazing! Thank you so much for your kindness, hospitality, and excellent service. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly, polite, and welcoming. The location is excellent, close to the train station, and the view of the canal was beautiful. The room was comfortable, and the price was very reasonable for what we got. Everything was great, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others. We would happily stay here again!
