Our stay was a great experience
Liked: The staff were both helpful and cheerful. They were profoundly professional. Their response to calls was quite prompt and attention to guests was amazing. Their sense of duty was with pride and beyond ordinary duty calls. They were understanding and courteous.
Disliked: The glass on the bathtop was not laching into the provided hook. It was freely moving and water could easily splash on the floor

I would go back
Liked: The room was stunning. I had a loft and a bathtub. It was very large for Italy and u can easily control the temperature in the room. The staff was very helpful, friendly, lovely. The room was spotless. This was truly wonderful.
Disliked: Nothing was wrong. If u r a Sabbath observer, there is a manual key but the hall lights go on and front door is auto. They open to exit- but entering is a problem. Maybe there is a fix
Decent experience and nice staff
Liked: Eurostar Cannaregio is a great place to stay when visiting Venice. Located away from the busy and noisy San Marco area, it offers a quieter place to retreat to and relax after a long day of exploring Venice and its surroundings.
Disliked: Some of the rugs and the lift look a little dated and could benefit from an update.
