  Liked: The hotel is very close to the airport, making it a convenient place to stay the night before an early flight. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with information about our flight and assisting us with arranging a taxi to the airport.

  Disliked: The hotel feels quite outdated. Although everything was clean and there is a small shared kitchenette downstairs, the rooms themselves are old-fashioned and very basic. The bedding and towels could definitely use an update, and overall, the room felt a bit too minimal for our expectations.

  Very pleasant surprise

  Liked: Location is great considering proximity to the airport. Breakfast was fine, it actually exceeded expectations. The room was modern with all of the amenities one might expect to find at a luxurious hotel.

  Disliked: The only negative remark concerns toiletries. There is not enough of them. It would be nice to have soap and shampoo in larger quantities. Also, we found a used bag of soap in the shower that we had to dispose of. It could be an overlook, but it's best to make sure everything is in order before a new guest comes in.

  I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place!

  Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. I especially appreciated the flexible check-in after 3 PM, as my flight was delayed and I arrived at 11 PM. The location is also excellent, just a 20-minute walk from the airport. The breakfast was lovely, with a fresh croissant and delicious treats.

  very bad experience with this hotel. I want my money back for nervous break down

  Liked: nothing.. they spoiled our beatiful vacation

  Disliked: Horrible experience... No-life people at the hotel location. We did not get an email with the code to open the lock and to get the card to open the locked gate and room to get inside. Until we paid the hotel a city fee of 4 euros, they didn't send us info with the code on the booking.com site... We never got an email with the instructions, even later ( not in junk, not in spam). We spent 2 hours in the car near the closed gate; we didn't know what to do, and we needed to return our car in a couple of hours. The location is bad, the end of civilization. A good next-door neighbor at least explained to us the process and told us how people are walking at 3 am to the airport, because a taxi will not drive you for 3 mins to the airport, or they will and you have to pay them the airport rate of $45-65. Instead, you need to walk to the VCE airport 40 mins with luggage. Kids walked with us to the airport from the hostels, but they didn't pay $200 for this. It was a mess.

  Exactly what we needed in an easy airport hotel

  Liked: This hotel was exactly what we were looking for — a cheap place to crash after a late flight into Venice. Self checkin eliminated a late check in. It’s €20 by cab to get here and then about 20 minutes on foot walking to the airport. Beds were comfy and the kids enjoyed having their own spaces. Coffee in the rooms or on property would be nice, but we got coffee at a nearby cafe and the kids enjoyed the breakfast snacks.

  Disliked: The room was a little noisy in the morning as people left and they started cleaning the rooms, but I wasn’t bothered before about 8am.
