Liked: Perfect location, close to the Rialto Bridge, but tucked away on a quiet little street, away from the crowds and noise

Disliked: Just a small issue with the shower, somehow solved promptly

You never know what to expect at Venice but everything about this hotel made it a great stay

Liked: The staff were next level friendly and helpful. The room had its Venetian theme but updated to be very nice and clean. Great location and a great hotel in Venice.

Overall nice hotel, wonderful staff, excellent location near Rialto Bridge

Liked: Excellent location, just near the Realto Bridge. The front-desk staff were very personable & helpful throughout the stay.

Disliked: The room was a bit cramped, but it's understandable. A bit of confusion regarding room description on booking site. We thought we booked a family room for five persons (according to the description online), but were informed upon arrival that we needed to purchase yet an additional room to accommodate everyone. The room descriptions need to clearly state the exact number of people who can stay in each room..
