Liked: Very nice staff, room and breakfast
Disliked: - no heating option in October, it might be a bit cold during the night
All the staff were so helpful and happy, it makes such a difference to your experience

Liked: Location was perfect and ideally close to all attractions and activities. Service and hotel staff were excellent and really cater to our needs. The room was a typical Venetian style which gave it character. There are a lot of fantastic traditional restaurants close by too. 5 stars.
