Very good
Really nice property in great location
Liked: Hotel is in a great location, walking distance to major attractions and vaporetto stop. Very comfortable and clean room. Lots of food options and shopping options
Disliked: Just the stairs with the luggage, same as many properties in Europe, just part of the experience.

Nice old centrally located bijou Venetian hotel
Liked: Location, was superb, two minute walk from Rialto bridge, situated on a small canal which was accessible by water taxi, little cafes next to the hotel(perfect for breakfast) superb restaurant next to hotel too.
Disliked: Noisy canal early morning if you have a canal side room (I know deliveries have to be made) and be careful with Nat bites, not sure if they were bed bugs or mosquitoes, but we were covered head to toe in them after a nights sleep. Our friends who also stopped but in a court yard room didn’t have any issues!
Fun location and lots to do inspite of the incident
Liked: The location was great to get around and it was very comfortable. The area around was accessible and fun! It feet away from everything!
Disliked: We really enjoyed the stay there but there was one incident which caught us off guard. After being there a couple of days, we came home to the manger waiting for us. Instead of asking about if anything happened to the bed duvet he just said we tore it and would have to pay for it. He said the house keeper said it was not torn before. We told him we did not do it and I showed him what looked like iron marks on it which melted some of the fabric. The next day I went to show him some pictures we took of the room because we thought it was so nice. We had also taken pictures of the bed we had taken when we first came in and you could see the damage in the picture. If he would have asked us instead of just telling us we did it and we are paying for it, we would have never mentioned this.
Liked: Great location to all attractions. Heart of the happenings.
Disliked: Firstly, didnt get the room I requested although it was months before our arrival. Also, the room I got was very cramped. Restroom was small. Its not a good idea for tall people.
