Overall very enjoyable experience
Liked: Very Venetian in decor and ambience rather than contemporary and generic, so made our stay all the more authentic. Location was excellent with easy access to all the main attractions, with multiple options for quality dining and drinks only minutes away. Extremely important to us as my partner has a disability. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Hotel very clean and the rooms spacious and comfortable.
Disliked: Can’t think of anything, except maybe the lift door is a little temperamental at times.

Liked: The Bella is a lovely hotel right in the centre of St Marco and Rialto. Lovely breakfast room fabulous front desk staff and also beautiful staff each morning for breakfast The room was beautiful and spacious - very clean, comfortable great bathroom size! Gondoliers passing the window …. It was very warm when we were there so air conditioning was perfect! Ice cold water with lemon on the bar at all times for us! The lady at the front to greet us (apologies as I forgot the name) honestly just lovely with giving us instructions, helping me out with a problem, anything we needed was prompted attended - thank you so much!! Loved this hotel will come back!!!!
Disliked: The one and only thing was maybe a magnifier in the bathroom for ladies to do their makeup

Liked: - Staff: beautiful guys! The man came to me four streets to show me a restaurant! The lady sent us a bottle of Prosecco in the room for my girlfriend birthday! - Position: excelent! - Cleaning: 10!
