We came to see the Art Biennale
Liked: The hotel has something like a garden, where you can relax.
Good, paricularly the location
Liked: Excellent location
Disliked: Poor Internet connection. Breakfest could be better organised.
Could have been a good stay with getting the basics right
Liked: Location good near the water taxi station and walking distance to centre also.
Disliked: The water temperature on both days of our stay in the shower was tepid at best. This is a very basic requirement to not meet very disappointing.
Overall the hotel was full, very busy, more staff was needed, It was not value for money
Liked: The location is great, the breakfast was very good, the seating area in front of the hotel was a lovely place to relax.
Disliked: The staff were overwhelmed with the amount of bookings/paperwork, the room was very small for the price, slightly shabby, eg walls/ceilings needed to be seen to for overflow of water marks. The bathroom was tiny. the breakfast, although was very good, the breakfast room was crowded and the staff found it hard to cope with the numbers.
Liked: clean and greta location but small room and still quite expensive for the quality. average breakfast and services
