Great stay
Liked: Spacious room with old decor, quiet. Perfect location minutes from San Marco and Rialto. Good selection breakfast.
Disliked: Would be nice if heating was on at the end of October, a bit chilly at night. Front desk staff was rather indifferent.

Liked: Clean and tidy hotel with staff friendly and welcoming from reception to breakfast staff they provided an excellent service to customers.
Disliked: Lift was out of order in the Annex building around the corner from the main hotel building and stairs were challenging!

Perfect for Venice
Liked: Location is unique, by crossing a little bridge over the canal. Room was very spacious with tall ceiling and vaulted beams. Bathroom, roomy for Italy, clean! Breakfast was excellent, standard Euro fare and acomodating staff, ask to have them make you a cappuccino! Short walk right around the corner is a great square with restaurants open late.
