Liked: Excellent location
A Charming Hotel Full of Character
Liked: A lovely hotel in a great location for exploring Venice. The room was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, with a unique style and character that made it feel special. It was a refreshing change from the usual standard hotel rooms. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike.
Liked: Great location, however heat was not working on the unit when we arrived. It was very cold. They provided extra blankets and heater.
Hard to beat the location, classic decor and helpful staff
Liked: Classic, Venetian style. It feels very old world. The staff were absolutely incredibly, even helping me organise a special tour of the grand canal and transfer to the airport via water taxi.
Disliked: Check in is completed via another hotel 200m away, although this was efficient and the service was outstanding.
