Fabulous
A lovely stsy
Liked: Although small, the room was very clean with a great view. A nice en suite. Beds were comfortable.

The staff is friendly & helpful, enjoyed this cute little hotel
Liked: The hotel has an entrance on the canal, so our private boat taxi dropped us off and we did not have to wheel our luggage onto any cobblestones. We enjoyed the variety of breakfast items and the option of getting drinks during the evening. Location was great as we had a front view of the water.
Disliked: The beds were a bit on the harder side, but we were so tired by the end of the day, it didn't really matter.
Lovely return visit to this charming hotel and visited the Biennale which is close by

Disliked: The building needs some money spending on it. We were disappointed compared with our last stay there Our room had an area of cracked sharp floor tiles A female member of staff reset the safe for us but didn't tell us it didn't work so it didn't work again so we felt unnecessarily embarrassed. It needed a physical key to work. She was also unpleasant at breakfast
Liked: The 2nd room we were given was wonderful - staff was very accommodating and helpful, breakfast was very good and well presented with cloth tablecloths, nice dishes.
Disliked: The 1st night we were given a room that was awful. Very, very small - a double bed pushed up against the wall, super small bathroom - would have been ok for 1 person. When I went to the desk to ask about another room, they did not have one for that night, but were very accommodating and moved us to a better room for the 2nd night.
