  Liked: Very close proximity to the train station

  Disliked: The reception staff is very rude. The pillows are inadequate and there were patches in the comforter/top cover. The breakfast menu is very basic. It seems that the hotel is just exploiting their prime location

  Liked: Location is perfect. I like venetian plaster inside room:)

  Disliked: A little fix needed for rooms. Bathroom glass door was hard to open/close because of its oversized dimension, bedside console needed to be repaired. Vault inside cabinet needed to recondition. These are common problems of course historic buildings.

  Disliked: The night staff was reluctant to provide bedding when they were missing in the room. Also mosquitos were annoying and we had a difficult night sleeping under their persistent attack.
