Liked: Great location. Staff were exceptional, courteous, and had wonderful personalities. Room was excellent and clean. The ambiance was great, and having a private dock at the canal was great for water transport.

Liked: Location is great! The staff are kind and helpful. Breakfast is included. The patio on the canal is very nice. Rooms are nicer than other older properties in the area I’ve stayed at. Pleased with the place and the price.
Disliked: My only feedback is related to my arrival. I had sent the hotel a message about how to get from the Tronchetto to the hotel. The response was to take a water taxi. However, the hotel did not offer to help with this, make a reservation or provide guidance. We did not know the water taxi process, and waited quite some time before we were able to get a taxi. It was frustrating.
