Exceptional
Value for money! Amazing location
Liked: Fredricko was welcoming he helped us through the process, was so kind! The property is very close to the st marks square and was comfortable.
Disliked: May be a dustbin in the room would have been good.
Pleasantly Surprised
Liked: Good space for a 2 night stay close to water taxi and sites, walkable helpful staff. I wasn't expecting much however to my surprise the room was as pictured, bed was decent enough for us to actually sleep nice space and clean!
Disliked: The breakfast wasn't a value with such limited selections still nice to have as an option before starting the day.
Nice for short stay
Liked: location, location, location. every hotel in Venice sightseeing area is expensive. this hotel is easily accessible from the piers and thus convenient. Good shower. We paid for the breakfast buffet which is good value with variety of food. We love the pancakes. The receiptionists are friendly and nice. We can store the luggage after checkout to do sightseeing before our departure.
Disliked: things are quite old, but guessed it was all the same with the hotels near san marco as buildings are of many years in that area.
My stay was wonderful
Liked: The staff was wonderful! Always ready to help. The location was great! Very close to Grand Canal which made it easy to go anywhere. Will definitely stay there again
Fabulous!!!!
Liked: The property was lovely with vintage Marano glass chandeliers and a big plus it had an elevator. Diego was so kind and friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Venice. oh, did I tell you the location was fabulous? it was very close to Saint Marks Square and the waterfront where you get off from the boat from the airport.
Liked: Very friendly staff and super clean room
