  Hidden gem in a quiet neighbourhood

  Liked: Nice hotel in a quiet neighbourhood, yet well connected to the main attractions. Great service and good size room. We had an issue with our room due to a neighbour, the staff was very helpful and got us moved to another room.

  Disliked: It would have been great to have dairy free/ vegan options on the buffet

  Disliked: Got first a room like a cave, no windows. We complained they showed a room for handicapped people that I didn't want and promised a room at the canal, but the next morning, we get the room for handicapped people. It's not very nice when you pay 440€ for 2 days. I call it fraud. Except that the breakfast was really bad. Burned bake-off bread, no selection of anything, just the basics. You could do a lot to improve everything. The ratings are not correct.
