Great location, good breakfast, near the train station, very walkable, the staff was great

Disliked: Stairs fir the luggage, but most of hotels in Venice does not have elevator 🥹 we could manage;
Some issues to start with but our stay improved
Liked: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect; short walk from train station and close to major attractions. Good size apartment and comfortable beds.
Disliked: On arrival there was a mantis and several mosquitoes in the apartment. Bathroom was mouldy and smelly. Hot water went the first evening though the hotel managed to sort it within a few hours. Hotel staff were very helpful with resolving all the issues.
Liked: The location is great and very easy to find. Luggage storage is available, which is very convenient. The room is lovely and clean, and there is a check-in counter.
Disliked: The room was a little small, but it wasn't a problem at all
Liked: Great location in the heart of Venice. We stayed one night as a family of four and got a good nights sleep in comfortable beds.
Great location and nice stuffs
Liked: Great location, not far away from the train station, in a quiet alley next by the Main Street.
Disliked: There was no lift, so we have to carry the luggages upstairs by ourselves, but luckily we met a house keeping lady who helped us to get down the stairs at the day we left. Thanks!!
Nice hotel in a good location, relatively expensive because we stayed over a weekend
Liked: Great location near the train station and water bus, short walk to attractions, restaurants, shops and bars. Easy check-in, friendly staff, comfortable bed.
Disliked: No fridge in the room, breakfast was basic, no lift
