Fabulous
Very friendly and helpfull staff. Perfect location to visit the Biënnale
Liked: Location for the Biënnale
Disliked: Room was rather small as we took the standaard room. Bathroom did nit have place to put your Toiletry bag.
Very good hotel Ouside the Centre
Liked: Ouside the mass tourisme; near to Guardino and Arsenale; good connection with the public traffic lines;green surroundings
Disliked: Room with walk-in shower & seating area NO MORE available; NO really pleasant bar area
Hidden oasis of calm
Liked: I chose the Indigo as it was close to the Lido (for the film festival) and the Art Biennale which was just walking distance. It was perfect. Nice to feel part of normal life…
Liked: beautiful quiet location away from the craziness. But close enough to walk over to Saint Marco in 20 minutes. Or take water taxi. We bought the 3 day pass on the water taxi which made it super easy to go back and forth. Staff was lovely, beautiful hotel
Highlight of our trip
Liked: Such a beautiful hotel, staff were so friendly and accommodation was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was 5 star. So much variety
Disliked: It was maybe a little far from the centre but I enjoyed that it was more filled more with locals and had a very relaxed quite family feel
Location & Staff are great!
Liked: This is another review where I wish I could give half stars. It’s definitely a boutique hotel, located in a quiet area of Venice. The only sounds we heard were a few local owners’ dogs barking in the mornings. The room was very clean, and the staff at both the hotel and restaurant were among the best of the best. I wish I’d gotten the name of the young Italian guy with dark curly hair and dark-rimmed glasses—he was extremely helpful with recommendations for the area and places to eat. The only real disappointment was the view: just across a narrow walkway from a residential building, with no real view at
