  A reasonably priced hotel in the heart of Venice

  Liked: Excellent location right by Piazzo San Marco and the Grand Canal. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was comfortable and a good size for 3 of us.

  Disliked: Very steep stairs to the reception which we lugged our cases up to then find that our room was a short walk away from the main hotel in a separate building. The breakfast room was tiny which meant guests had to have breakfast in 30 minute shifts and the small space made it quite difficult to have breakfast in a relaxed manner.

  VERY hard bed and pillows

  Liked: the beds are SUPER hard as are the pillows...so if you like sleeping on a slab of wood go for it! no idea who would like these hard uncomfortable pillows, surely its not that hard to have comfortable pillows these days instead of these rocks

  Disliked: asked for a another pillow the answer was NO asked for a bottle opened the answer was NO

  Worst experience ever for that amount of money, never again

  Liked: For 250 Euros a night we were aspecting at least a Full English Breakfast not only 2 croissants with a cappuccino, fortunately the staff was good and polite.

  Disliked: The Breakfast, the facilities, the room, the bathroom, the "clean-less"

  Never choose this hotel!

  Disliked: Be prepared for them to stop responding to you as soon as you’ve paid for your stay. Terrible service and a shocking attitude toward customers. I do not recommend this hotel for your stay in Venice. There are hundreds of better hotels nearby where you’ll be valued as a guest and where the staff will do everything they can to make you want to return. So book anywhere you like, just NOT HERE!
