The pictures on the website are very misleading, to be charged €214 per night it seems very unfair. Definitely do not re
Liked: Location was very close to the center Breakfast was nice and varied
Disliked: The room did not meet the basic standards for cleanliness: ripped and stained carpet, stained door, dust everywhere, shower tray and doors old and stained, cracked and stained walls.
Hard to imagine a better place for exploring Venice
Liked: Perfect location close to main attractions. Charming room. Great breakfast (included) and excellent restaurant.
Disliked: Bathroom too small but plenty hot water

Liked: Centrally located for a short walk to main attractions. Breakfast (included) was very nice and quite good. Friendly staff. Nice courtyard outside our room.
Disliked: In a perfect world it would have been on a canal. But, the price made up for it not being on a canal.
Liked: Nice staff and good proximity to San Marco’s Basilica
Disliked: Some of the hotel was out of date

Disliked: Rooms were not clean damp and fungus smell near the bed couldn’t sleep properly
Liked: It was very clean, staff is very polite and helpful. The location is good, water boat station is near. There are restaurants and chocolate shops around. Rialto Bridge is at a stone's throw.
