Very good
Excellent family room, very spacious and clean. Quiet neighbourhood. Breakfast needs improvement
Liked: Breakfast was basic and not continental as described. We expected more, reflecting the price we paid for it, like eggs, vegetables, fruit

Bedroom door needs to improve next to breakfast area
Liked: The location is very close to the bus station and has a lot of restaurants and attractions nearby.
Disliked: Our bedroom door was beside the breakfast area, the door had gaps where all the noise travelled in and it meant you woke up when everyone else did.
Good central location
Liked: Hotel is easy walk from train station. There is no reception so you are emailed first an outside door code so you can get in and leave luggage in cupboard until check in time which was great. Close to check in time you are emailed your room number and door code. I choose this hotal as i was doing an early tour and it was 5 min walk from pick up point. The room was very large and so was the bathroom. All looks modern and clean. There is a mini fridge and a safe. Coop store easy walk from hotel. There is no tea or coffee in room but there is a Kettle off the breakfast room that is for communal use, there are teabags provided and a microwave - i did not use these. You can pay for breakfast but i did not do this.
Disliked: The bed was rather firm but not too bad but I found the pillows to be very uncomfortable. The water pressure in shower is not great and even on highest setting, the water was not very hot. I also did not like the fact that the bathroom has huge window with only a net curtain over it for privacy. While this is adequate for day time, It was useless for when the lights were on!. The bathroom window was directly opposite a window in adjacent building.
Liked: Spacious room, close to station
Disliked: Digital hotel, noise from other hotel residents partying late in common area, lack of plugs, noise from room above during night
Good hotel but shower felt a little bit slow
Liked: Very nice placement and faithful easy access to our room via code. Balcony was very big and nice to have.
Disliked: Water in the shower heats really long, like 10 minutes.
